How Pigfolio earns money

Pigfolio is free and doesn't sell your data. Hosting, storage and email are paid for in two ways.

Under "Find it" on each paint, the links to Blick and Jackson's are affiliate links. If you buy something after following one, the store pays Pigfolio a small commission. You pay the same price either way. Jerry's Artarama is listed too, though it doesn't pay us anything, because a shop that has the tube is more useful to you than one that pays.

One ad space

Each paint's own page has a single space at the bottom of its details, always labeled "Sponsor" or "Advertisement". Sponsors are shown as a plain image and link, with no tracking. There are no pop-ups, no ads in the browse list, and no ads between reviews.

What money never changes

Which paints and brands are listed, and in what order
Pigment data, hue warnings and "Verify" labels
Which reviews are shown, or which photo becomes a paint's main picture

Paint makers can't pay to change their listings. If you spot something wrong, send a correction.
