Changelog
New features, fixes and announcements, newest first.
October 23, 2026
- Write for Learn. Apply from the Contribute page: tell us what you'd like to write about, and a moderator replies in your messages.
- Pictures in articles. Writers can add their own photos, each with a caption, placed between paragraphs.
- Fill in Contribute before signing up. What you type is kept on your device while you create an account.
- Straight to the tube at the store. Blick Art Materials and Jackson's links now open the paint's own product page, not a search, for about 1,700 paints. Paints a store doesn't carry still get a search link.
- Store photos of the tube. Where no painter has sent a tube photo yet, a paint's page shows the store's product image, credited to the store. Your photos always come first.
- Sign out is now on your own profile, one click from your name in the header.
- Clearer sign-in messages. When an emailed sign-in link can't be sent, the form now says so instead of asking you to check your email.
